Service plans

Support that scales with the deployment

A machine that pours 870 beers an hour is only useful if it pours them on the night it matters. These three plans cover the difference between owning equipment and running an operation.

01

Xenia Care

Essential service support and remote diagnostics.

  • Essential service support
  • Remote diagnostics
  • Software updates
  • Spare parts supply

The entry level: the machine is covered, and someone on our side can see it. Remote diagnostics means most questions are answered without a site visit, and the ones that need a visit are already understood before anyone travels.

Suited to single-unit deployments and venues with a moderate number of event days a year.

02

Xenia Performance

Advanced monitoring, maintenance scheduling and performance optimisation.

  • Everything in Xenia Care
  • Advanced monitoring and alerts
  • Scheduled preventive maintenance
  • Performance optimisation reviews
  • Priority technical support

The middle level shifts maintenance from reactive to planned. Advanced monitoring feeds a maintenance schedule built around your event calendar, so work happens between events rather than during one.

Performance reviews look at the operational data — output, peak coverage, wastage — and turn it into configuration changes rather than a report nobody reads.

03

Xenia Enterprise

Full operational support for high-volume venues and multi-unit deployments.

  • Everything in Xenia Performance
  • Multi-venue platform management
  • On-site support for major event days
  • Role-based access for operations, finance and technical teams
  • Dedicated account contact

For venues running several units, or several venues running one platform. Enterprise covers the coordination problem rather than the machine problem: who sees what, which stand underperformed last Saturday, and who is on site when forty thousand people arrive at once.

On major event days our support is present rather than reachable.

Purchase or subscription

BeerChamp is available as a capital purchase (CAPEX) or as hardware-as-a-service. Which one fits depends on how many event days a year the unit will actually work — talk to us and we will run the numbers with you.

Not sure which level you need?

Tell us the number of units, the venue and how many event days a year you run. We will recommend a plan rather than sell you the largest one.
